Representative Woolley was born in Houston, Texas is the co-owner of Houston Armature Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Houston earning a BA in Political Science. Representative Wolley has been married to Lynn Woolley for more than 45 years, and they have three children. Representative Wolley has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 1995.
