Representative Madden is a retired Insurance Broker and Engineer from Richardson, Texas. He earned his BS Degree in Engineering from West Point and his MA Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. He and his wife, Barbara, a retired nurse, have been married more than four decades and have three children. Representative Madden has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 1993.
