Representative Hochberg is a native of Houston, Texas and Software Consultant. He earned his Master in Electrical Engineering Degree from Rice University, co-founded an electronic manufacturing firm and currently operates a software development company. Representative Hochberg has served in Texas House of Representatives since 1993.
