Representative Hartnett is a Probate Attorney and Businessman from Dallas, Texas. He earned his BA from Harvard and his JD from the University of Texas Law School. Currently he is a partner in The Hartnett Law Firm which specializes in estate and trust administration and litigation. Representative Hartnett has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 1991.
