Representative Fletcher graduated from both the Houston Police Academy and the East Texas Police Academy. He received his Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. Representative Fletcher served in the Houston Police Department for 21 years, and is currently the president and CEO of Resource Protection Management (RPM). Representative Fletcher has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 2009.
